HELLO PPL!

ive been a little (well maybe a lot) lazy when it comes to xanga, so ill just write a long one k?? well on friday, i got picked up from school, and me and my family went over to mexico to pick up my dad, and we drove even farther into mexico until we got to puerto piñasco. its a city right next to the gulf of california. so we drove down there, it took about 4 hours, and we ate at this really kool mexican restaurant, and i got some mantaray tacos. they were pretty good... i dunno tasted a little bit better with some tabasco sauce. so then we went and got my dad checked in and got all his stuff so that he can run his triathalon the next day. (1 mile swim, 25 mile biking, and 6.2 mile run). it was kool because the whole time there was a bunch of parachuters parachuting all around because they were practicing for something. this plane flew REALLY close to us..... and i found 12 dollars just kinda rolling around the ground, so i looked around, say nobody looking for it, and just kept it. hehehehe. anyway, so then we went and checked into the hotel which was really nice. 

the next day, we got up early, and went down to where my dad was going to start the race. it was really cool to see all the ppl and everything. (i couldnt understand what anyone was saying except for the occasional american there.) so then we watched the race start on the beach. it was pretty cool. i got some pretty good pictures of everything. so anyway we watched the race and everything. my dad did really good. i think he got in the top half in his age group. so after the race, we went back to the hotel and hung around @ the pool and stuff for a while. (i actually took a nap the whole time) then we drove around the city and saw all the sights. its a really beautiful city i must say. then we went and got dinner. i got this soup stuff, and some tostadas, and  some tacos, and this drink that was really wierd. it was like grape, but it had like a spicy aftertaste... i dunno. then we went and got a bunch of fireworks, and set them off on the beach. man some of those are LOUD!! they echod all across the beach man... it was cool. (we actually brought some home  because they didnt let us set any off after 9:00) lol. then we went back to the hotel, and stuff.

then the next day, we got up, ate breakfast, went to church (it was really wierd i didnt understand ANYTHING), and checked out of the hotel. then, we went and ate lunch. i had some chili rilenos, some tampequeña style meat, a little octopus (it tasted REALLY wierd), and some salsa n' chips. it was pretty good. then we went and looked at a bunch of tourist stuff and little shops. i bought a key chain and a lighter. then we came back home. so it was really fun! i am soo bummed that i missed a disneyland trip, but i dunno.

so that was my vacation at Puerto Piñasco!

ok ok whatever... i havent been online for a long time because my grandparents are hogging the computer scanning a buncha pictures all day, and i have no time to get on anymore. they are here till tuesday. so anyways... other than that im doing ok... not too much new things happening, but whatever. actually... friday was really fun lol kristin  well i gotta go... ill talk to you ppl later. sry 4 not writing.
